Several hours later...
Dabrowka now fully dilated and following a little rest (enabled through
epidural). Unfortunately previous section meant baby needed to be
monitored. D's best position for 'natural' pain relief was
standing up, but monitoring foetal heart did not work in this position
so she needed to be bed-bound.
